Order cancellation

XINBO is available to accept the cancellation of the Order without charges, when order was requested by the Customer by email (sent to info@xinboie.com), If XINBO has not started preparing the order yet, in any case, the Product has not been shipped, or it is not in stock.

1.The cancellation and refund of the price paid shall be made in accordance with the instructions that shall be provided by XINBO.

2.In any other case, the customers cancel the order will be evaluated by XINBO for each order, At its own discretion, may refuse or accept cancellation, establishing the relevant conditions and charging to the customer the contribution for the administrative management of the cancellation and  shipping costs, commissions, customs duties and currency exchange possibly already incurred by XINBO for relation to the canceled order.

Return acceptance

XINBO is available to accept the cancellation of the Order without charges, when order was requested by the Customer by email (sent to info@xinboie.com), If XINBO has not started preparing the order yet, in any case, the Product has not been shipped, or it is not in stock.

Warranty

XINBO guarantees to customer that all items sold by XINBO under warranty during warranty time, The warranty regulations as below:

XINBO guarantees that the products are free from any fault or manufacturing defects for the period of 3 months from the delivery date for the reconditioned Products and 12 months from the delivery date for the new Products, provided that such warranty is compatible with the warranty offered by the manufacturer.

The customer is required to verify the conformity of the Product for the Order when place the order.
XINBO is not an authorized distributor, the warranty from manufacturer is not available. Customers can check the manufacturer's website for more information. Customers must inform XINBO about any defective products within the warranty period. The warranty offered by XINBO is subject to acceptance and compliance with the XINBO policies and terms.

The Warranty does not cover the defects caused in whole or in part by transportation, misuse or improper assembly or inadequate preservation or maintenance of the Products and degradation/wear and tear caused by the use.

The claim relating to faults, defects or lack of conformity of the Products must be sent to XINBO in writing by email, failing which the Customer shall lose all rights to bring any claim in relation thereto within 7 days from the delivery date. The refund does not include the costs of delivery and returning of the Products, which remain the responsibility of the Consumer.
According to XINBO warranty terms, the returned products may be replaced by second-hand, used, or repaired products. The replacement is the only duty of our warranty. If after attempts of reasonably times , we're unable to provide a available replacement product, our company will refund the purchase amount of the product. This will be our sole obligation and your sole remedy.

Except provided in this warranty terms expressly, To the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied guarantee, terms and conditions(Whether statutory or others) are all excluded. Specially point out XINBO doesn't make any warranty respecting of the product's marketability, its fitness for any particular purpose (use), or infringement act.

The Warranty is the sole warranty provided by XINBO and supersedes any other warranty, whether express or implied, written or oral, except as provided below for the Consumer.
