Shipping and delivery
We can provide a variety of transport services, such as international express service(DHL/TNT/UPS etc.), air transport service, sea transport service. We support the third party transport company can reach the country, we also support customers to transport their own freight forwarding.
Transit Time for Europe&Asia: 3-4 business days, 5-6 business days for the rest of the area.

Store Pickup (EX-Works)

Collecting your order at our warehouse in Chagnsha,China, either personally or through your own courier. You will receive a notification by email or phone when your order is ready.

Delivery Time

Products in stock will be arrange delivery 3-5 business days after received the payment.
Products out of stock will be ordered from the manufacturer and then shipped once product arrive to our warehouse.
Goods delivery time depends on the location of the delivery address, chosen shipping service and customs procedures.
Once the order is shipped, and shipment notification is sent by email.

Damages and lost packages in the shippment

Once the package has left our warehouse and it's in transport by selected courier, XINBO is not liable for damage or losses that may occur to the package and its content during transport (e.g. lost or damaged package, missing content, damaged content etc.), only the courier is responsible with limitations depending on the shipment type.

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost for multiple products can be calculated on the Checkout page by specifying Country in the Delivery address.
 
The shipping cost includes:
• Ecological Plastic Free Packaging and Handling
• Transport (DAP incoterms - Delivery at Place)
• Fuel supplement

The shipping cost does NOT include:
• Customs charges (if applicable, they will be applied by the custom office of destination and anticipated by the courier who requests the payment of custom duties before or at the time of delivery)
• Supplement for delivery in remote area

In any case, the delivery date indicated on the Website or given to the Customer by XINBO shall be deemed indicative only, especially for orders with delivery outside of China. Therefore XINBO SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY IN THE EVENT OF DELAY IN DELIVERY.

In any case, XINBO is not liable for any damage caused by the courier. The Customer is therefore advised to take out appropriate insurance.

Autonomously and under his own responsibility, the Customer must inquire on the customs duties applicable to the delivery and on the customs clearance times and formalities of the Products.
