The system comprises the V90 servo drive and the SIMOTICS S-1FL6 servo motor covering a power range of 0.05 to 7.0 kW for operation in single and three-phase networks. It can be integrated easily via PROFINET, PTI, or Modbus RTU. The system enables simple motion control tasks to be implemented cost-efficiently with the focus being on dynamic motion and processing.

The integrated all wheel drive transmission transmits torque to the front axle gears as needed for the 8DT all wheel drive configuration. The timely all wheel drive clutch is designed as a wet multi disc clutch. Its multi piece combination works through continuous sliding. The clutch pressure will vary depending on the current driving conditions and the required torque on the front axle. Therefore, the system will spontaneously respond to the current driving situation.
